SOYA CHAAP CURRY RECIPE

Soya chaap curry is one of the vegetarian curry. Perfect replacement of non-veg for pure vegetarian, because it’s contain high amount of protein and taste like non-veg while chewing!! But don’t worry chaap is fully vegetarian and it’s yummy, delicious gravy is tasty beyond your expectation.
Chaap is cooked by many recipe but today I am sharing with you my favourite chaap recipe which is easy to make. Chaap is the dish which we Indians made on special occasions or festival. You can easily buy chaap from dairy, their is no recipe of chaap making at home.. Because it’s only made in factory. So let’s start learn how to make chaap curry:-

Ingredients for Soya chaap curry

1 Bowl oil
1 Bayleaf
1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
One Dry red chilli
1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
4-5 Cloves
2 Green Cardamom
7-8 Black pepper
1 Cinnamon stick ( Daalchini)
1 Tsp turmeric powder
A Tbsp salt
1 Bowl onion paste
One Bowl tomato puree
4 Soya Chaap sticks
1 Tsp Garam masala
A Tbsp Coriander powder
One Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 Tbsp fresh Cream ( you can use malai also)

How to make soya chaap curry

1) Take a pan add 1 Tbsp oil and chaap sticks, fry chaap from both the sides till it gets crispy. You can also deep fry chaaps.
2) Cut these chaap into 4 pieces each and place aside.
3) Take another deep stainless steel pan, Heat oil then add Cumin seeds, dry chilli, bayleaf, cloves, green cardamom, cinnamon stick and black pepper. Cook it on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
4) Now add ginger garlic paste, saute well for non-stickiness.
5) Add onion paste and cook till it colours gets brown, stirring occasionally to prevent from stickiness.
6) After 4-5 minutes add tomato puree and cook well till oil separate from gravy.
7) Now add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix all properly.
8) Add 2 cup water ( according to your desired thickness ) bring it to boil.
9) Add pieces of chaap and mix well, cook in low flame for 5 minutes so that all gravy taste enters in chaap.
10) Garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
11) Your chaap is ready now.. Enjoy it with hot chappaties.

Ingredients for Rice kheer

1 Cup rice
2 Cardamom (ilaychi)
1 Ltr milk
1 Cup sugar
7-8 chhoped almonds (Optional)
7-8 Raisins (Optional)
Rose water

How to cook Punjabi style – Rice kheer

1) Soak rice in water for 1 hour, after that crushed rice with your hand into 2-3 pieces.
2) Take a deep stainless steel pan (Kadai) on gas stove. Add milk and cardamom in it. Let it be cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
3) After that add sugar in it, mix Properly.
4) Stirring occasionally after every 5 minutes, check your desired thickness.
5)Cook on low flame, Stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
6) Now add raisins and almonds, mix well, check thickness.
7) Add 6-7 drops of rose water for traditional flavour.
8) Serve hot in glass bowl, garnish with chhoped almonds.

2) COCOLATE RICE KHEER

Rice KHEER is traditional KHEER, but chocolate is modern taste. Both will together gives a indo-modern dessert taste. So let’s start chocolate rice KHEER recipe..

Ingredients for chocolate Rice kheer

1 Ltr. Milk
A Cup brown sugar
1 Cup chocolate (any chocolate)
One Cup Rice
2 cup water
1/2 Cup fresh cream (Malai)
2-3 cardamom
1Tbsp choco chips and sprinkles for garnishing.

How to make chocolate Rice kheer

1) Soak rice in water for 1 hour.
2) Take a pan and add milk and Cardamom, cook it for 20 minutes in low flame.
3) On another stove, take a another pan and melt chocolate with cream on heat.
4) Mix chocolate and cream properly, wisk well for lump free choco.
5) When rice properly cooked, add sugar in it. Stirring occasionally for non stickiness.
6) Take a glass and half fill with chocolate mixture and another with Rice KHEER.
7) Freeze these glasses for 15 minutes, then garnish with choco chips and sprinkles. Serve chilled and enjoy!!

PAV BHAJI RECIPE – MUMBAI STYLE

Pav Bhaji is very tasty Street food loved by everyone. This dish is delicious snack as it consume very less time for making and is the Maharashtra’s fast food dish. Bhaji is the mixture of mashed vegetables and pav is INDIAN BREAD, you can buy it from bakery or make in home.
I love this pav Bhaji recipe among all recipes. You can add any vegetable of your choice. There are many pav Bhaji masala available in the market, you can buy any one.
Let’s start making pav Bhaji in very short time:-

Ingredients for pav bhaji

2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cinnamon seeds (Jeera)
7-8 cloves of garlic
3-4 red dry Kashmiri chilli
6-7 boiled mashed potato
2 chhoped onion
5-6 tomato
1 bowl boiled medium mashed peas
3 boiled medium mashed Carrot
1 capsicum
6 tbsp butter
6 pav
1tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
3 cup water
Two tbsp pav bhaji masala
1 lemon slice
One tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
1 chhoped onion of garnishing

How to make Bhaji

1) soak dry red chilli in water for 1 hour.
2) Take a blender and blend the garlic and dry red chilli, make the paste.
3) Take a stainless steel pan (kadai), heat oil then add cinnamon seeds and garlic chilli paste, saute well for 1 minute.
4) Now add onion, saute onion for 2-3 minute till it colour gets brown.
5) Add chhoped tomato and 1 pinch salt cook it for 3-4 minutes.
6) Now add red chilli powder, salt and pav bhaji masala and mix properly.
7) Add all vegetables one by one and mashed with the potato masher, mix well.
8) Now add water streams in it, stirring occasionally and cook for 3-4 minutes in low flame.
9) Your bhaji is ready now…

How to cook Pav

1) Take a pan on has stove, heat 2 pieces of butter then put pav on pan.
2) Cook pav from both sides till it get crunchy and buttery.

VEGETABLE VERMICELLI UPMA RECIPIE

Yummy vegetable vermicelli upma is one of the most famous breakfast of south India. Healthy and delicious vermicelli loved by everyone, is full of yummy veggies. Mostly upma is made from Rava (Cream of wheat) but you can made it with vermicelli and lots of vegetables and it tastes awesome, but you can also make plain UPMA without vegetable. Vermicelli (Sewai) is made up of wheat flour (ATTA) or all purposed flour (Maida) or Rava. But I prefer wheat flour’s vermicelli because it is very healthy than Maida or Rava Vermicelli. You will find different type of UPMA and I love all kind of Upma as they’re extremely quick to make and delicious. So let’s start vegetable vermicelli recipe:-

Ingredients for vegetable vermicelli upma

2tbsp oil
1tsp mustard seeds
4-5 curry leaves
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped onion
1 chhoped Carrot
1 chopped capsicum
1/2 cup fresh peas
1/2 spoon Garam masla
2 cup roasted vermicelli
A cup water
1 tsp salt
One tsp red chilli powder
1tsp turmeric powder
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

How to make vegetable vermicelli upma

1) Take a hard steel pan (kadai), roast vermicelli on low flame. Roast vermicelli till it colour gets golden brown.
2) Now remove vermicelli from pan, add oil in pan in high flame. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in pan, cook it till it sounds pop.
3) Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, now add all vegetables one by one. Cook it till become crunchy.
4) mix all vegetables properly, now add chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam masla and salt in pan, and mix well.
5) Now add roasted vermicelli on pan with water, stirring occasionally So that vermicelli will not stick with the pan.
6)Your vegetable vermicelli upma is ready, garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!!

Ingredients for spicy vegetable Maggie

1 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp cinnamon seeds (Jeera)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped capsicum
Half chopped Carrot
1/2 cup fresh peas
2 packet Maggie
2 cup water
1tsp salt
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1tbsp corriender leaves

How to make spicy vegetable Maggie

1) Take a stainless steel pan (ladai) add oil on it. Cook it for 1 minute now add cinnamon seeds on, cook well.
2) Add onion, cook it till it brown after that add tomato and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
3) Add all vegetables one by one and cool it till crunchy. Now add salt and red chilli powder, mix it properly.
4) Now add water stream on pan, cook it till water boil.
5) add Maggie masala on it and mix properly.
6) Now add Maggie pieces on it, and mix well.
Cook it on closed pan for 2-3 minutes.
7) Your hot spicy vegetable Maggie is now ready serve hot in big bowl, garnish with some corriender leaves. And enjoy…!!!

EASY BREAD PIZZA RECIPE

Ingredients for bread pizza

5-6 bread slices (white or brown)
A cup Grated mozzarella cheese
One chhoped capsicum
1 chhoped tomato

A tsp oregano

A pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of black salt
One pinch of chaat masala
4 tbsp tomato ketchup

How to make bread pizza

1) Take one bowl, add all vegetables and oil, mix it properly. Now add 1tbsp cheese, 1 pinch of each ingredients oregano, basil, chilli flakes, black pepper, black salt, and mix it properly.
2) pizza mixture is ready, take 2 bread slice, apply ketchup on the top and mixture on it.
3) Now cover bread with cheese on the top, cheese is the good source of protein.
4) Add oregano and chilli flakes on the top.
5) Now, on the gas, add 2 spoon of butter on hot pan. Cook bread on it in low flame. Cover it with pan cover. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
6) your crunchy base veggies pizza is ready.
Cut it into two halves and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

3) Don’t take caffeine

As we all know periods is the time when girls face Mood swings and hardly can control their anger or Mood. Drinking coffee or tea which contain high amount of caffiene may increase the stress level. Girl may face depression also. Caffiene is a poison for mensurate girl, so avoid it.

4) Avoid junk food

Avoid junk or oily food because it can directly effect to your health and can worse your periods. Junk food is a reason for cramps, unconscious and vomit. So do avoid junk food in that time.

5) Eating Almonds

Eating Almonds regularly maintain your hormones balance and helps to get regular periods on time which provide you healthy body and stress free life.

6) Iron is must

Food which contain iron is very necessary for mensurate girl because of monthly bleeding girls are in high risk of Anemia(lack of blood). Anemia is a disease which is caused by less iron food. To fulfil the need of iron you should eat raisins, sugarcane etc.

9) Frequent meal

Take meal 5 times in a day but in small quantity. Avoid meat and eggs. Eating ghee and vegetables is good but rice should be take in small quantity.

10) Don’t take freezy drinks

Drinks like soft drink is very unhealthy for their health. Freezy drink may caused high stomach cramps/pain. Avoid chilled water, always drink warm water, so that It can help in controlling tummy pain.
