4-5 roughly chopped tomatoes
2 bayleaf ( Tezpatta)

2 cup water
2 bread’s small piece (For bread croutons)


How to cook tomato soup

1) Take a pan, add oil and butter together and bayleaf, garlic, tomato and carrot, then mix it well.
2) Now add salt, black pepper, water and let’s it on flame.
3) Now take a blender and blend it and again cook this soup on low flame and add cream for creamy texture.
4) Take another pan and add 2tsp oil and bread’s pieces and toast it for making bread croutons.
5) Mix soul with bread croutons, garnish with cream and corriender. Serve it hot, Enjoy!!

Ingredients for split peas soup

1 tsp vegetable oil
1 tea spoon Cumin (Jeera)
2 bayleaf (Tezpatta)
2 cinnamon stick (Daalcheeni)
5-6 black peppercorns (Kaali mirch)
1 tea spoon fenned garlic
5-6 garlic cloves
1 chhoped onion
2 green chilli
Sal for taste
Mint leaves for garnishing
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh peas
1 cup water


How to cook split peas soup

1) Take a pan, add 1 tsp vegetable oil, Cumin seeds, bayleaf, cinnamon sticks and garlic cloves. Cook it for 2 mins.
2) Now add chopped onion, green chilli, peas and water, mix well. Add salt and cook it for 5 mins.
3) Add mint leaves and lemon juice. Take out the bayleaf and cinnamon sticks out. Now put these on blender and blend it.
4) Again warm it for 3-4 mins in medium flame. Garnish it with mint leaves.



4) Sweet corn Soup

Sweet corn is loved by everyone, Sweet corn is used in many dishes such as pasta, mix vegetables or can be directly eat. Today we learn how to cook sweet corn soup in few minutes…

Ingredients for Sweet corn soup

1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1/2 cup grated sweet corn
3tsp corn flour dissolved in 1/4cup fresh water
Salt for taste
1 tea spoon sugar
4 cup water


How to cook Sweet corn soup

1) Take a big pan full of 4 cups water, add boiled sweet corn and cornflour water mixture, add cook for 5-10 mins.
2) Now add salt, sugar and grated corn. Stir occasionally for lump free soup. Cook for 5-10 mins till it boil.
3) Serve hot with green chilli or souce which you like.

Hieveryone! As because of belonged to vegetarian family I knew that “paneer is all time favourite for us”..right?? So today I come with two PANEER RECIPES loved by everyone.

1) Matar Paneer

Matar paneer is the dish of north India. And it is “Most wanted dish in Indian family”. So being an Indian or as a paneer lover we should know the recipe of matar paneer in very short time.
So Let’s Start….

Ingredients for Matar Paneer

200gm chopped paneer
150gm free pea
2 chopped onion
2 chopped Tomato
1 small piece of chopped ginger
7-8 garlic clove
1 tea spoon cumin and turmeric powder (Haldi)
2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon garam masala (Spice)
1 tea spoon corriender powder (Dhaniya)
2 tsp Curd (Dahi)
4 tsp oil
Salt for taste
Chopped corriender leaves for garnishing.


How to cook Matar paneer

1) Let’s take a pan and add 2tsp oil, garlic, ginger, onion on it. After 3-4 minutes of fry then add tomato and salt. And cook it for 4-5 min in medium flame.
2) Now, remove pan from stove till it cool. Now in a blending jar put this masala and blend it but remember do not add water in it.
3)Your masala is now ready, take another pan, add 2tsp oil, cumin, Turmeric powder(Haldi) and fry for 2-3 minutes, after that add corriender powder(Dhaniya).
4) Now simmer the heat,add 1/2 cup water and keep stirring. Then add curd on low flame. Stirring occasionally, then add curd, mix well. Then add peas, paneer, 1cup water. And cook it for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
5) Matar paneer is ready, garnish it with corriender leaves, and serve hot with chappati.

2) Shahi Paneer

Shahi paneer is the Most loved by everyone. As it’s name show “Shahi” it’s means shahi paneer is very heavy.. And yummy. Heavy because of cream, butter, oil, milk and yummy because of its taste. Let’s start learn recipe of shahi paneer.

Ingredients for shahi Paneer

250g paneer
1 bowl onion and 15 cashews paste
1 bowl tomato puree
2 tsp Curd (Dahi)
1 big cup Milk
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
4 tsp Ghee
1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
2 bayleaf (Tezpatta)
3 dry chilli
4-5 cloves (Long)
2 green cardamon (ilaychi)
8 black pepper (Kaali mirch)
1 tea spoon Cumin (Jeera)
2 cinnamon stick (Daalcheeni)
1 tsp Shahi paneer masala (Spice)


How to cook Shahi paneer

1)Take a stainless steel kadai, add 2tsp ghee, Cumin seeds and all dry spice’s and continue fry on low flame.
2) After 2-3 minutes, add onion and cook it till it brown. After that add ginger, garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli and tomato puree in it and cook till it fried properly.
3) When masala properly fried, add curd and cream and cook 2-3 mints. Now add, Milk and stirring occasionally. Then add paneer and Shahi paneer masala.
4) Serve hot with rice or chappaties.

Ingredients for white sauce pasta

1) 5 cups water
2) 1tsp oil and salt
3) 4 cups pasta
3) 6 cubs of butter
4) 1tsp garlic
5) 1 small bowl onion
6) 3 chhoped mushroom and capsicum
7) 1 cup refined flour ( Maida )
8) 3 cups milk
9) 1 small bowl processed cheese
10) 1 tea spoon of following ingredients:-
Chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper.

How to cook white sauce pasta

(1) Take a bowl full of 5 cups water with 4 cups pasta, start boiling on stove. Add 1 tbsp oil so that pasta will not get sticky. Leave it on stove till pasta boiled properly.
(2) Take 1 pan on stove, add two cubs of butter and garlic. After 1 minute of cook, add all vegetables on it and start cooking till it crunchy.
(3) Now take another pan on another stove and add 3-4 cubs of butter. Then add Maida and milk ( do not add all milk together), stirring occasionally, add milk’s stream slowly-slowly.


(4) stir occasionally for lump free sauce. After 10 minutes add all crunchy veggies in it and chilli flakes, oregano, salt and black pepper.
(5) Now add boiled pasta on it and mix well, then garnish with cheese.
(6) serve hot for better taste and look.. Enjoy!!!

2) Red souce pasta

Red sauce pasta is one of the delicious and demanded pasta by everyone, is very easy to cook in very short time.


Ingredients for Red sauce pasta

1) 4 cups water
2) 1 bowl pasta
3) 1tsp oil
4) 1tsp garlic
5) 1 big onion
6) 1 carrot
7) 1 mushroom
8) 1 capsicum
9) 1 cup tomato puree
10) 1 tea spoon salt
11) 1 tea spoon black pepper
12) 1 tsp processed cheese

How to cook Red sauce pasta

(1) Take a big stainless steel pan, 1tsp oil and garlic. Cook 1 minute, now add chopped onion and another veggies and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
(2) Now add pasta, tomato puree, salt, black pepper and water on it, mix well.
(3) Leave it for 25 minutes on close pan. After 25 minutes check pasta, stir occasionally.
(4) Again cook for 5 minutes till water dires up, then server hot and garnish with cheese.

Ingredients for coconut laddoo

400g. Sweetend condensed milk.
5 cups. fresh grated coconut, keep 1 cup aside for garnishing

How to make coconut laddoo

1) Take a stainless steel kadai (pan), put 4 cups of grated coconut with condensed milk and mix well.
2) Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally so that it does not stick with the kadai.


3)Now cook it on low flame for 10 minutes
4)Remove from fire yet it cool.
5) Let’s roll it into laddoos with oily hands,then garnish it with remaining grated coconut.

(i) 200g. Sugary condensed milk

(iii)1litre. Milk
(iv)1kg. Grated carrot
(v)25g. Chopped cashew and almond nuts
(vi)25g. Kishmish (Raisins)


How to make Gazar ka Halwa

1) Take a pan, mix grated carrot and milk on it, bring it to hot, cook on low flame, starting occasionally till the whole milk dries up.
2) Now add sugary condensed milk on it and continue cooking on low flame, till it dries up.
3) Add the pure ghee and cook for 10 minutes.
4) Garnish with cashew, almond’s nuts and raisins.
5) Serve it before getting it cool like winter,Haha!!
